These folks are super low-key and speedy.

I reached out to get my tablets packaged through Rightdose and was informed that someone would get in touch within a week. Well, it ended up taking 8 weeks before I heard from anyone. By that time, I decided I wasn’t interested anymore because I just couldn’t trust their customer service; waiting that long to sort things out was a no-go for me.

They claimed they were so busy that it took a while to handle my request. But honestly, they completely overlooked my concerns and switched my pharmacy to them anyway. It took me 6 calls and 20 days to finally get my prescriptions delivered, which left me without medication for over 2 weeks. There was no sense of urgency to fix my issue.

On my last call, they couldn’t even tell me if my meds had been sent out, saying they had no record of my prescriptions at all. I definitely wouldn’t suggest them to anyone after this lousy experience.

You just can’t mess around with people’s medication orders; it’s not like waiting for a pair of shoes that you can live without for a bit.

The support is just terrible, really bad experience.

Excellent Service

It arrived the next day, though that was on me since DPD messed up the address. It was well packaged, complete with tear-off pouches for breakfast, lunch, and so on.
